Our Services
AC & DC Motors
Almost any AC or DC motor from fractional-horse-power upwards can be repaired, rewound or overhauled at our Chelworth based workshops.
Servo Motors
Servo motors are special in their applications and need to be treated differently when carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs as compared to standard A.C. motors.
Fan Units
All Air Handling Units (AHUs), extract fans, axial fans, and centrifugal fans can be repaired or refurbished here at our works.
Pumps
Our pump department can repair, overhaul, rewind and test all makes of pumps, including submersibles, centrifugal, multi-stage, wet well/dry well, split case and diaphragm types.
Vacuum Pumps
The Brothers-EMR team have accumulated years of experience in the field of vacuum pump and side-channel-blower repairs.
Machining
Manual/CNC turning and milling facilities are available enabling the repair and back-engineering of shafts, bearing housings, journals and rollers.
Sitework
Whether assistance is required in identifying a fault on a machine, removing an item for inspection or carrying out an on site repair to minimise down time, we have a wealth of experience in this field.
Gearboxes
We can offer refurbishments, repairs and overhauls to all types & size of gearboxes. Brothers-EMR can also supply a vast range of new gearboxes to your specifications.
